By ticking this box you agree: Any product provided by Technology Core for the purpose of Loan shall remain the property of Technology Core. Technology Core shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the Loaner’s use of the product.
Any product provided for Loan must be returned to Technology Core, at the Loaner's expense, in original condition by close of business on the due date. Extensions to the Loan Period must be agreed with Technology Core prior to end of the agreed Loan Period.
On return of the product, Technology Core will inspect its condition. Should the product be returned in a damaged state, or if there are any parts missing including cables, remotes, manuals, and CD’s, that makes the product unfit for re-sale, the Loaner will be required to pay for any repair or replacement at the discretion of Technology Core.
